Sonder Digital leverages the following AI-powered platforms:

• ChatGPT (OpenAI): Content writing, captions, blog posts, copywriting
• Gemini (Google): Data analysis, strategy, and content research
• Claude (Anthropic): Advanced reasoning, coding assistance, and creative writing
• Canva Pro: Design templates with AI-assisted features
• FlutterFlow: No-code mobile app development platform

2. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

AI Assistance ≠ Fully Automated:

• AI tools generate initial drafts, designs, or code
• We review, edit, and refine all outputs before delivery
• Final deliverables reflect your brand voice and requirements
• AI speeds up the process—it doesn't replace human oversight

3. POTENTIAL LIMITATIONS

You should be aware that AI-generated content may:

• Contain factual errors: AI can "hallucinate" facts. Always fact-check before publishing.
• Lack perfect originality: AI learns from existing content. While outputs are unique, they may reflect common patterns.
• Miss nuance: AI may not capture subtle brand voice or industry-specific jargon without guidance.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

As the client, you agree to:

• Review ALL deliverables before publication or use
• Fact-check any claims, statistics, or information in AI-generated content
• Ensure content complies with your industry regulations and legal requirements
• Request revisions if AI-generated outputs don't meet your expectations
• Not hold Sonder Digital liable for AI errors if you published without approval

5. DATA PROCESSING BY AI SERVICES

Your data will be processed by third-party AI platforms:

• OpenAI: Processes your business info, brand voice, and content requests. See OpenAI Privacy Policy
• Midjourney: Processes image prompts and descriptions. See Midjourney Privacy
• Google Cloud (Firebase, Gemini): Processes app data and AI requests. See Google Cloud Privacy

⚠️ Do NOT provide: Sensitive personal data, trade secrets, confidential financial information, or anything you wouldn't want processed by these third-party services.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

• You own the deliverables: Upon full payment, all AI-generated content belongs to you.
• AI Training Data: Some AI platforms may use inputs/outputs to improve their models. This is governed by their respective Terms of Service.
• No Copyright Infringement Guarantee: While AI creates "original" content, we cannot guarantee it doesn't inadvertently resemble existing works. You are responsible for verifying originality if required.

7. NO LIABILITY FOR AI ERRORS

Sonder Digital is NOT liable for:

• Factual inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• AI tool outages or service interruptions
• Copyright claims arising from AI-generated outputs (if you published without review)
• Unintended bias or offensive content in AI drafts (we edit, but you must approve)
• Third-party AI platform policy changes or data breaches

Your remedy: Request revisions or refunds per our Terms of Service.

8. TRANSPARENCY COMMITMENT

We will always:

• Disclose when AI tools are used (spoiler: it's everything)
• Be honest about AI limitations
• Provide human review before delivery
• Explain our process if you ask
• Offer revisions if AI outputs miss the mark

9. CLIENT CONSENT REQUIRED

By purchasing services or signing a contract with Sonder Digital, you explicitly consent to:

• Use of AI tools to create your deliverables
• Processing of your data by third-party AI services
• The limitations and responsibilities outlined in this Disclaimer

If you do NOT consent: Do not use our services. Traditional agencies may better suit your needs (though at higher cost).

10. UPDATES TO THIS DISCLAIMER

As AI technology evolves, we may update this Disclaimer. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
